Bottega 11 is a Houston-based clothing and accessory boutique that wants to convert online engagement to product sales through a personalized marketing campaign. The team performed market research, brand development, and social media content creation to accomplish this. We started by conducting interviews with the target audience to gather data and insights. Based on the findings, personas representing the common traits and characteristics of the target audience are being created. These personas prefer to use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. To create brand awareness and improve the boutique's social media presence, we created content is being created while adhering to the brand identity of Bottega 11.
